Description of resource: Southcoast VNA is a home health and hospice care organization serving Southeastern Massachusetts communities for more than 100 years. Supportive Care services are provided at any time during an illness and include symptom management, supportive counseling, advance care planning and strong support for the patient and family throughout the illness.
