Baystate Hospice

Description of resource: Baystate Hospice offers end of life care and support for patients and their families in western Massachusetts. We are a team of professionals and volunteers who are specially trained to tend to and promote physical, social, and spiritual well-being. Hospice care offers comfort and dignity at the end of life when a cure is no longer possible and life expectancy is thought to be six months or less. Hospice care is a special way of caring, making every day count for the patient and their family.
