Description of resource: Hahn is a small, boutique Private Pay home care agency that provides non-medical as well as skilled nursing care to clients in their home, facility or assisted living community. Our specialty is our Insulin Program...a diabetic management program to assist the needs of those unable to manage their care. We only hire experienced CNA's or certified HHA's that are employees of our organization and have a per diem team of nurses on hand. Every client is assigned their own personal nurse and receives a complimentary supervisory visit after 40 hours of service.
