Description of resource: I have several certifications under the 'Holistic' Umbrella. My specialties are with Stress and Pain relief. I administer and teach easy self-administered tools and techniques, which include: Emotional Freedom Technique, or 'Tapping', Muscle Testing, Negative Energy Clearing ( a spiritual practice ) and Self-hypnosis. My Mission is to help my clients live life with better quality, providing ways to self-soothe and heal themselves with these proven techniques.
