Description of resource: The Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts is a non-profit membership organization of the 45 hospices in the state as well as other organizations and individuals interested in the advancement and promotion of excellence in end of life care. The Federation provides education and technical assistance, public awareness activities, and information and referrals to the public, health care professionals, and patients and families.
