Springwell

Description of resource: Springwell, an independent, non-profit organization, is also the state-designated Aging Service Access Point organization for the towns of Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, and Weston. Springwell's mission is to support families, especially low-income, frail seniors, as they seek to age in place and maintain health, independence, and connection to communities. For more than 40 years, Springwell has created, managed, and coordinated a wide range of services that help seniors and people with disabilities live in the setting of their choice, and help those with caregiving responsibilities get the information and support they need.
