Office of Health Care Ministry

Description of resource: The Office of Health Care Ministry of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston ensures that appropriate pastoral care is provided to Catholic patients and their loved ones during times of illness. The Office coordinates and supports the ministry of Catholic chaplains involved in hospitals, nursing homes and other health care settings throughout the Archdiocese, and provides information and consultation to parishes in support of their pastoral outreach to those who are ill.
