Lighthouse Nursing Care Center

Description of resource: Lighthouse Nursing Care Center is a 123-bed skilled nursing facility that specializes in end of life services. Our staff has been specially trained to meet the unique needs of these patients and their families. We also provide short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. We also have a specialized unit for the care of patients with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.
