Central MA Hospice

Description of resource: The Central MA Hospice team, at the VNA of Southern Worcester County’s hospice center, will provide support not only for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the patient, but support for the family and caregivers as well. Patients who are receiving aggressive treatment or who are not ready for hospice care can be followed and cared for by our Palliative Care program.
