Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice of Nashoba Associated Boards of Health

Description of resource: Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice are certified JCAHO accredited agencies under the auspices of a regional health department (Nashoba Associated Boards of Health) serving 15 member communities in north central Massachusetts. Our end of life service is provided through our Pathways Program. The vision of the program is to: Promote the concept of choice for patients, promote the concept of enhancing quality at the end of life, provide up-to-date pain management and symptom control interventions, and work with patients and families to strengthen relationships.
